Gonzales ISD Principal 2018
As principal, I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school; hiring, budget, evaluation, schedules, specialized services & TEA compliance.
Cuero ISD Assistant Principal 2017-2018
Responsibilities include, but not limited to supporting teachers in implementing the campus-wide PBIS-Positive Behavior Initiative System , Implement systems to support campus efforts in Behavior RTI, observing and evaluating teachers using T-TESS, organizing ESL documentation & facilitate TELPAS testing, Safety (drills & procedures), increase parent communication through social media, & assist with curriculum & instruction for grades 2-5.
